What data we collect

If you contact us via the contact form or by email: your name, company, and message. We use this only to reply. We do not sell it or pass it on so that someone else can call you.

If you create an account in the configurator, account data is processed so you can use the service (login, projects, billing). That is a separate relationship from the marketing website.

How long we keep it

Contact emails: for as long as needed to handle your request, then we delete them or archive them if the law requires us to (for example, invoices).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion. Email us. If you believe something is wrong, you may also contact ANSPDCP (Romania’s data protection authority).
