## Frequently asked questions about subscription and pricing

 Can I try before I pay?

 Yes. You get a 7-day free trial. See everything included, with no purchase obligation.

 What happens after the 7 days?

 If you want to continue, choose a plan and activate your subscription. If not, the trial ends at no cost.

 Can I cancel anytime?

 Yes. On the 1-month plan, simply do not renew. On 6- or 12-month plans, you can end with written notice before the period ends — exact terms are set out in the contract at activation.

 What do unlimited customers and administrators mean?

 There are two categories, both unlimited: end customers — people who design from home on your site; and administrators on your team — designers, planners, sales staff, engineers. You do not pay per person.

 How does website integration work?

 We send you a simple code snippet (HTML + iframe) to add to your site. If you need help, we can assist with the integration.

 Are there hidden costs?

 No. The price shown is the monthly subscription plus VAT. Extra options — CNC, renders, storage, cabinet creation — are listed separately and you add them only if you need them.
